Job-ID33185047Reference26-10957SalaryUp to $1 / hourRemote50% RemotePay Rate: $144,000 - $244,000Work Mode: HybridLocation: Oakland, CASummary:Lead the implementation of Icertis (Contract Lifecycle Management) as part of business and technology modernization efforts.Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic objectives.Ensure alignment with goals of standardizing business processes, enhancing data quality, and enabling technological innovation.Responsibilities:Serve as a Contract Lifecycle Management subject matter expert representing procurement teams in the S/4Hana Modernization program.Support all project phases as a representative of the procurement process in design workshops and business requirements for L3/L4 processes.Identify opportunities to leverage AI capabilities within the new tool to accelerate value realization.Facilitate socialization of future state design concepts with peers.Validate business requirements against documented regulations and procedures.Identify gaps and cross-functional design requirements, solving unique and complex problems.Perform root cause analysis on complex processes with cross-functional impact.Work with senior management to support strategic planning and decision-making.Manage major cross-functional projects and initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor of Science in Business, Statistics, Mathematics or related field or equivalent work experience.Minimum 8 years of related or equivalent experience.Hands-on experience working in Icertis CLM or supporting an Icertis implementation.LSS Green Belt certification.Preferred Skills:Proven track record in cross-functional projects and teams.Strong change management mindset.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.MBA or equivalent graduate degree.Expertise in root cause analysis and process improvement concepts.Creative and strategic problem-solving skills.Advanced project management skills and knowledge.Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.Deep knowledge of business and industry drivers.Adaptable to changing business conditions and ambiguity.
