About the Role

We are seeking organized, dependable individuals to join our remote team as Reservations Coordinator. In this position, you will help clients manage vacation arrangements by researching available options, coordinating selected services, and keeping reservation details accurate and organized. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with details, communicating with customers, and staying on top of deadlines. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided. Key Responsibilities

Gather client information including preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, and special requests. Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation services using approved supplier resources. Assist with coordinating selected arrangements and organize booking confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, and reservation information. Communicate updates, follow up on outstanding items, answer routine questions, and assist with standard reservation changes when needed. Review names, dates, services, and other booking details for accuracy while tracking important deadlines and maintaining current client records. What We Offer
