To ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, the remote Payroll Administrator will manage bi-weekly payrolls, reconcile payroll data, and address employee inquiries regarding compensation and deductions. Key responsibilities Process bi-weekly payrolls and reconcile payroll data prior to transmission Monitor time sheet submissions and maintain accurate payroll records, including updates on tax withholdings and benefits deductions Assist with payroll tax activities and provide accurate figures for severance and vacation payouts as needed Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Typically requires less than one year of related experience Integrity and trust
