What You'll Do

Coordinate all aspects of client travel planning and reservations Manage flight, hotel, cruise, and package bookings Create and maintain detailed, organized travel itineraries Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests Communicate with clients to understand their needs and confirm arrangements Track bookings and ensure all details are accurate before travel Provide support and updates throughout the travel planning process Maintain detailed records and documentation of all client interactions What We're Looking For

Strong organizational and time-management capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Detail-focused and committed to customer satisfaction Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Adaptable and comfortable learning new booking platforms and tools Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred What We Provide
