Job Description:

We have been in business since 1991 and take great pride in delivering the highest quality of service and repair while treating our customers as family.

Awesome Salary:
$30.00 to $50.00/hr depending on experience. We will reward you with responsibility and raises, medical insurance, paid holidays and PTO, as you grow with our company.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform Land Rover vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned
- Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency, accuracy, and quality
- Ability to accurately diagnose using diagnostic computer equipment
- Help keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for parts and shop tools
- Ensure that customer vehicles are kept clean
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair
- Document all work performed
- Professional demeanor when interacting with customers, colleagues and management

Compensation:

Skills:
- Proven track record of your current and past automotive repair achievements
- Land Rover, Ford or BMW experience is a must
- Must have own tools
- Outstanding communication skills and a team player
- High work ethic
- Solid and punctual attendance record
- Great attitude with a high-energy and friendly personality
- Superior people and customer service skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment
- Valid driver’s license

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have technical aptitude - preferably displayed by a certification
- Technical or trade school degree a plus

Job Type:
Full-time. Hiring will be subject to passing a background and drug test.
